Are Sundance Hill homes expensive?
Sundance Hill homes are very affordable and start in the $200s. Each home can be appointed with many custom features and finishes available from our option catalog. We like to call it “designing to your budget.”
Is the neighborhood safe?
We believe Sundance Hill brings the idea of “farmhouse” to life in the epitome of tranquility. It’s a family oriented, exquisitely crafted neighborhood, complete with a superb level of comfort and multifaceted security elements. From available prewired whole-house security systems to Sundance Hill’s exterior security elements, you can feel safe enjoying the richly endowed lifestyle of this beautiful subdivision and the inspired design of Sundance Hill’s outdoor amenity areas.
Do Sundance Hill homes come with a warranty?
Just like any other new construction home, every new Sundance Hill home comes with the Bonnevilla Homes one-year structural warranty, and all other manufacturer warranties within the home’s warranty are included. Certain warranties, like HVAC and appliances, are two years. We will provide a list of warranties in your “Sundance Hill New Home Welcome Packet.”
Are homes set to a concrete slab?
They can be, however, in Sundance Hill, every home is set with stem wall foundations and footings in order to include a 4′ crawl space. A complete basement option is also available when choosing the design of your new Sundance Hill home-site.
What kinds of exteriors are available?
There are many options to choose from when designing the exterior of your new Sundance Hill home. Our covenants require the home to keep with the look and feel of our farm-style community. But we have many options from doing all board-and-batten exterior and adding stone or brick accents to your home to choosing different roofline features and porch or patio additions. Check with your sales representative for the different options available for our custom exterior finishes.
Do homes come with basements?
All Sundance Hill homes come standard with a 4′ crawl space. A full basement option can be added when ordering your new home. Check with your sales representative for the sizes and type of basement options available for your plan choice.
Are garages included?
Our Sundance Hill garages are custom built to the site. Home-site selection will dictate the type and location of garages. Garages are not standard with every unit type offered in Sundance Hill. Please speak with your Sundance Hill sales representative to discuss options for a garage and what sizes are available for your plan and site selection.
What custom changes can be made to floorplans?
We love to accommodate our home buyers. Custom changes may be made to the plans, however, they must be minor and not delay the order in manufacturing, which can cause onerous redraws and jurisdictional issues. Talk to your Sundance Hill sales representative with regard to any minor changes you would like to make.
Are your homes energy efficient?
Facility-type construction offers countless environmental and procedural advantages over site-built homes. The factory operates with eco-friendly and recyclable procedures. Once the home is delivered to the site, the use of green building and systems-built products can lessen the impact to the project and decrease traffic to and from the site, plus lower the length of time from start to completion of the project. Less material waste means less construction material dumped into the local landfill, reducing the project’s carbon footprint.
Can I include renewable energy options in my home?
Here at Sundance Hill, we took steps to ensure energy-saving features are standard in your new home, and we encourage you to do more. We offer additional energy-friendly options in our custom option catalog if you want to add further features like solar panels, smart LED lighting systems, reverse osmosis inline water conditioning systems, smart vacuum systems, allergen air scrubbers, and other special HVAC systems. We encourage all of our home buyers to reach for the stars when it comes to sustainability.
Are appliances included?
Yes, the full appliance package includes: range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a built-in icemaker. We also have washer and dryer systems and other appliance upgrades available in our option catalog.
Can I add a covered patio to my home?
Yes, custom-built covered patios, pergolas, and other framed structures are available based on what the site and the house plan allow and are designed to fit your needs and your budget perfectly.
Is Sundance Hill far from downtown Laramie?
The Sundance Hill subdivision is exactly 3.3 miles from downtown Laramie via Snowy Range Road. You can also ride your bike using the many bike trails surrounding the Sundance Hill community. Ask your Sundance Hill sales representative for the bike trail map today.
